Library Closed Wed. Dec. 31th, New Year's Eve
The library will be closed on New Year's Eve (and New Year's Day, since it falls on a Thursday when we would be closed anyway.)
2009 Winter/Spring Preschool Storytime Schedule
These story/craft times for children ages 3-5 and their families will be held on Fridays at 11:00am in the Children's Room.
The storytime dates are as follows:

| February | 6, 13, 27 |
| March | 6, 13, 20, 27 |
| April | 3, 10, 17 |
| May | 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 |
Each storytime is approximately 45 minutes in length. Please join us for theme-related stories, songs, finger plays and crafts!
Job Opening: Library Director
The Town of Sunderland is seeking an energetic, self-directed leader to be responsible for all phases of library operation. The 9,400 square foot library building was opened in April 2004. It includes separate rooms for children and young adults as well as a Community Room and several public internet terminals. Applicants must possess a thorough knowledge of library administration, finance management of all fund types including preparing and monitoring the annual budget and procurement, facility management, personnel administration, grant writing, strategic planning, technology, and public relations.
