The State of Massachusetts provides residents with free access to many research databases.  If you would like assistance using these databases, please contact the library at (413) 665 2642 or director@sunderlandpubliclibrary.org to arrange an appointment with a librarian.

Newsbank (access to current and past newspaper articles from Western Massachusetts newspapers, including the Greenfield Recorder, Daily Hampshire Gazette, Berkshire Eagle, Amherst Bulletin, The Advocate, The Valley Advocate, The Republican, The North Adams Transcript, The Springfield Examiner, and the Springfield Advocate, as well as many American news magazines)
